BIC signed an agreement for Integrated Insurance Management System implementation
Bunna Insurance S.C have signed an agreement with AMITY Software Systems Ltd for the design, supply, delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, and post-sales support for Integrated Insurance Management System for both head quarter and branches Mr. ANIL KUMAR Managing Director of AMITY Software Systems Ltd mentioned that Amity Software is a CMMi Level 5, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 90001 software company with its Headquarter at Noida in Delhi India having more than 10,000 successful implementation in Indian , North American and African markets in the areas of Insurance Management, Agriculture Management, E-Governance, SAP Services, Weighing Solutions , Real Estate Management and others
The Insurance Management System is an end to end ERP solution, which caters to the core and support functions of the Insurance business it is a fully configurable, web based and can be implemented individually as modules or as a complete insurance suite The solution designed by Amity is designed to make it extremely efficient and user friendly. It reduces manual data entry manifold and makes the process extremely easy for the support the users. It streamlines the flow of data between various departments of the BIC and greatly increases the output of the employees. All the existing systems like CRM or any ERP software can be easily integrated with the insurance management system so as to have an integrated system for BIC.
During the contract signing Mr. Dagnachew Mehari, Chief Executive Officer of Bunna Insurance S.C mentioned that after different evaluation stages, technical and financial evaluation Amity Software System Limited has been awarded this contract on August 24, 2022 and also mentioned that this Automation project will help BIC to
• Integrating operations of the various business processes through workflow processes and enabling the management to make an informed decision based on timely and accurate information
• Overall improvement of productivity and gain competitive market advantage through better utilization of Company resources
• Achieve quality of service, efficiency and practice better control over the financial transactions & business activities.
• Establish uniform standards for excellence in insurance business operations, resource (Human and Materials) management, financial management and performance reporting.
• fulfill the License and supervision of insurance business set by the national bank of Ethiopia as per Directive No. SIB/56/2022 on April 4, 2022
